Computer Help implements a unique process to develop our web sites. Throughout
this process Computer Help will interface with your web hosting provider.
We may merge several of these steps for smaller web site development efforts.
Web Site Definition
Computer Help and you discuss the purpose, scope,
audience and structure of your web site. We review your business model and
discuss the integration of the web site with your business. We will review
what content you will provide and what content we will create.
Estimate and Go-Ahead
Computer Help will review the web site
definition meeting and develop an estimate including an estimate of cost and
duration as well as a payment schedule. We will ask you to review the
estimate, sign a work order and provide a down payment to begin your web
site. You add scope to the web site design at any time. In the event
you want to add scope, Computer Help will provide you an updated estimate and
payment schedule.
Content Creation
During the estimation and design step you will be
able to gather all graphics and material you desire to be incorporated in the
initial release of your web site. Computer Help will create the remaining
content.
Design
Computer Help will setup web site access with the web hosting
provider. We will draft the home page and room pages and integrate
them. We will draft the navigation tools. We will initiate the
design of all programming tasks. The draft design will be uploaded to the
web site for review in an area not advertised to the web community. You
will be asked to review the draft and provide comments. The review can be
informal or formal. You will provide payment as agreed in the payment
schedule.
Development
Computer Help will incorporate changes from the Design
Review. Computer Help will implement the textual, graphical and
programmatic content of the web site. The development product will be
uploaded to the web site for review in an area not advertised to the web
community. You will be asked to review the draft and provide
comments. The review can be informal or formal. You will provide
payment as agreed in the payment schedule.
Integration and Testing
Computer Help will incorporate changes from
the Development Review. Computer Help will integrate all components in the
web site, proof the web site and testing all features and links. The
development product will be uploaded to the web site for review in an area not
advertised to the web community. You will be asked to review the final
release of the web site. The review can be informal or formal. You
will provide payment as agreed in the payment schedule.
Web Initiation

Final Review. We will publish your site to the web, publicize it to the
selected search engines, and broadcast the site activation to our customers and
